Anthocyanin-rich New Zealand blackcurrant: Applications for exercise and health

Summary of talk: Dietary flavonoids are known to provide health benefits. Berries are rich in the flavonoid anthocyanins. My talk will focus on the effects of anthocyanin-rich New Zealand blackcurrant with applications for exercise and health covering whole-body fat oxidation, cardiovascular function and skin emission of volatile organic compounds.
