Polyphenols Applications 2026 will be held on October 8-9, 2026 in Malaga, Spain. This year we gather to explore the growing role of polyphenols in health nutrition and sustainable innovation. Once seen mainly as antioxidants they are now recognized as key players in microbiota balance brain and metabolic health inflammation and disease prevention.

Pr Maroun V3During the 9th World Congress on Polyphenols Applications held in Malta between June 3 and 5, 2015 Pr. Maroun, a member of the steering committee of the congress was awarded for his scientific contribution. 

His presentation focusef on "Optimization of Polyphenols Extraction from Wine Shoots & Grape Pomace".
